| On Tuesday, February 1, 2011, The Mississippi Partnership Local Workforce Investment Area will be releasing two Requests for Proposals (RFP) for Program Year 2011. One RFP will be for Workforce Investment Act (WIA) youth activities C2C (Counseling to Career) Program, and the other will be for WIA adult/dislocated on-the-job training.
