About the Fiscal Division

Three Rivers Planning and Development District prepares and reports on approximately 100 individual budgets that are administered by its various divisions. Several federal and state agencies frequently send monitors to make certain Three Rivers is fulfilling its obligtations and we also work with independent auditors (Franks, Franks, and Jarrell). We are proud to say we have had no uncleared monitoring findings. We regularly receive an unqualified opinion on the audits of Three Rivers Planning and Development District, Three Rivers Solid Waste Management Authority, The PUL Alliance, and GM&O Rails to Trails Recreational District of North Mississippi.
