Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)

In order to maintain our status as an active economic development district under the Economic Development Administration (EDA), Three Rivers Planning and Development District, Inc. must develop and maintain a comprehensive economic development strategy (CEDS) for our eight-county region.

Please note we have submitted an updated CEDS to EDA for approval. The new CEDS will remain in effect until September 30, 2017 unless technical changes are deemed necessary by Three Rivers or the CEDS strategy committee during the five-year planning cycle.
